When you interact with young people and you see them somehow disconnected from their identity and origin, we realized that there was a greater opportunity to extend offline content. We started doing things like going to the classrooms and using my book to teach them what makes history by showing them other kids pretending to be the same people we gave them. taught. I think we should do things the way Woodson does.
